I have made a flyer in Pages and one of the text box little "corner squares" will not disappear. Actually, its the bottom center square that has the little plus sign in it. Can anyone tell me how to remove it or make it disappear?

You are obviously missing the point. Apple's new subscription model is preventing choice from coming to it's customers. How is that not a bad thing?
How up-front is the FT with its subscribers that it values the ability to sell their mailing address and contact information more than anything else?
I know that Pearson in general is heavily invested in getting iPad and other electronic readership up across their product lines. This is public information. The fact that FT sees subscriber information as valuable enough to stake its future on and to buck the overall corporate direction is very telling.
Until the FT reverses route, the ONLY rational response is to either not buy the FT at all (there are competitors out there) or buy it at a news stand.

Mine was 10MB ... and people told me I was wasting money since a second floppy drive (5 1/4) would be more than enough (one to boot the OS, one for the data).
Hehe, I once partitioned a 20MB drive into 24 partitions but that was for testing purposes.
I also bought a 100MB drive for $1100 and a 32MB SIMM for the same price. Sometimes I cry when I think back. ;)

That's because, One) All the people you hear about are department heads, and when you're in charge of a segment of a large corporation you're typically a Vice President, and Two) Apple doesn't just throw people into a position as a filler. When you are put in charge of a division of Apple, you're there because you've done good things in the past and they expect you to be there for the long haul.
Yeah, but you hardly hear of a "President" of some department. It's like the two levels are VP and Senior VP. If there is a Vice, there should be a President, no? :)

Well I'm getting ready to go out tomorrow and purchase a brand new iPhone, but before doing so I made this post to see if anyone would be selling theirs for less than retail so I wont have to go out tomorrow and spend full retail plus tax on one.
