The phone looks good but I don't like the seeing the sensor like that all the time. This whole is that a parking lot or is he driving debate, I can't really tell but I do see his RPM meter not at zero looks like it's close to 10 so he could be idle somewhere?

A WEEK iPhone battery life? Even if you cripple the phone by disabling features, there's still no way it would last even close to a week unless it's in sleep mode the entire time
I could push about 3 days from the phone with wifi turned on, push notifications and location services turned off, low-to-mid brightness, and not playing with it too much throughout the day (e.g. let it sleep most of the time, which is what you'd want a phone to do). Maybe even longer if you turn it off at night when you go to sleep.
I regularly charge my phone somewhere between every night and every two nights.

One new giant data center building does not make a video streaming service or even a "cloud". Netflix relies on a distributed content delivery system like Akamai. When you watch a movie on Netflix the stream may come to you from a number of source points - and not always the closest one physically. Netflix tries to figure out which delivery point will stream you the content the fastest with the least interruptions. Sometimes when you are watching a streamed movie it will "adjust" the transmission when it sees the delivery slowing down. It may reconnect you to a server that is responding faster, and has less latency. Right now with the iPad2 out, the financial analysts and the web rumor mongers are struggling because they don't have any current solid info on what Steve has up his sleeve next. Until Steve announces "one more thing" I am not holding my breath. Whatever they do, I sure hope I never hear Steve use the overworked, over-hyped, meaningless word "cloud" when referring to an Apple product. The "cloud" was around long before some marketing yahoo decided to call it that.

Coincidentally, Newegg just launched a shell shocker for a 8GB (2 x 4GB) kit of Corsair RAM for $69.99 free shipping. Corsair is one of the major brands along with Kingston, Crucial, etc. There seem to be a few negative reviews for dead sticks on this particular product, however the RAM comes with plenty of warranties (30-day Newegg and Lifetime Corsair), so it should be fine to take the deal and just run Memtest for a while once you install it to make sure you didn't get any defective sticks.

They spent $500 (if they actually bought it) to make this ad. That's nothing.
Some companies spend millions of dollars on a 30 sec ad. You guys can seemingly only justify money paid to actors, but not money spent on a relatively cheap physical prop.

A lot of you are a bunch of cheap asses. Most of you don't understand the amount of work that goes into producing these apps. They're not just PDFs that you download and flip through. You get both an interactive version and print version of the the magazine. The reason print subscriptions are so cheap is because they don't really care about print sales. You're paying them to give your information to them so they can use it for marketing purposes. Thus another reason the ipad/iphone version are more expensive is because Apple won't allow them to collect your information. Conde is currently working on a subscription model, but it also how they are going to be able to negotiate with Apple.

Are people as outraged by this leak as I am? I can't believe it. He just stole Steve's thunder at a later secret event. This will end up costing Apple the element of surprise and the impact of a special Steve announcement. We've got to punish Lion's Gate somehow. Following your logic you should not use Word 2011 (or any other version on any OS) either. It has not and never had a build in bibliography tool. And I cannot count the very basic citation function as a bibliography tool. I don't know what obscure third party programmes you are referring to by "copy & paste", but have you ever heard of "Endnote"? It is what most students at universities across the globe use and not only works with Word, but also Pages. There are similar apps of course, some even free. Endnote for example works like a plugin in your word processor (no advertising, it's just the programme I personally know best). No need to copy & paste. And why would a third party app spoil iWork for you? Even for LATEX editors it would make sense to use a third party tool to manage bibliography in order to directly link to the database (e.g. PubMed) to avoid copy & paste.
But what you have not considered is that Word is getting abysmal when you:

Has anyone else had their events in iPhoto totally screwed up by this update? It took 10 events and turned them into about 50. :(
I had this from the last update, but Im thinking it was the iPhoto update recently, not the iPhone/ iPad updates. This needs to get fixed ASAP!

did the update on my intel mini, so far so good. haven't lost anything yet.
things open a little faster but not by much.
glad to heard the xp install with the black screen was fixed. never could get my 27" to work with install.

Price & Size. The base 11" is perfect; in that it fits in my iPad bag along with AC Adapter so I only need to carry 1 small bag when traveling. Any other time I use the iMac in either office. It also plays Starcraft ok so I can play when I'm away. The small disk (SSD) and RAM were concerns but thus far have not been an issue.
